Ooredoo: Interest pay date set for GMTN holders

Ooredoo (QPSC) has set August 2 as the date to pay the amount of interest to the bondholders of the Global Medium Term Note (GMTN) Programme.
Ooredoo said in a statement published on the Qatar Stock Exchange website that the wholly owned subsidiary of Ooredoo International Financial Limited will make a payment of $11.25 million to the bondholders on the interest accrual date corresponding to August 2, 2021.
The company will pay next month to bondholders worth $500 million at an interest rate of 4.5 percent.
Guaranteed bonds are maturing on January 31, 2043.
The company will also make a payment of $9.688 million to the bondholders worth $500 million at an interest rate of 3.875 percent that are secured and maturing on January 31, 2028.
