Cityscape Qatar 2021 begins today

October 17, 2021

Prestigious real estate investment, development, and networking exhibition Cityscape Qatar 2021 will begin at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre at noon on Sunday, and will go on until October 19.
The event is being held under the patronage of Prime Minister and Minister of Interior His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani and will bring together leaders from Qatar’s top real estate developers and government entities.
Visitors can expect exclusive access to highly-anticipated project launches from across the country, including state-of-the-art residential developments and luxury hospitality projects. Exhibitors taking part in the three-day show include Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company, Qetaifan Projects, Sotheby’s International Realty and Barwa Group.
While visitors will be able to meet developers in-person at the show, real estate enthusiasts can also expect over 20 hours of talks during Cityscape Qatar’s Conference, taking place throughout the event. The conference will open with a keynote address from government entities ahead of a high-powered agenda of industry leaders’ talks covering, sustainability, market forecasts, architecture and tourism.
Speakers include Head of Business Development at Qetaifan Projects Shiekh Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Head of Consultancy and Research at Cushman and Wakefield Johnny Archer, Director at KPMG Anurag Gupta, Partner at McKinsey & Company Samvit Kanoria, Group CEO and Chief Architect of Arab Engineering Bureau Ibrahim M. Jaidah — the man behind the design the Al Thumama Stadium for the 2022 FIFA World Cup — and Head of Sustainability at Qatar Green Building Council Dr. Alexandre Amato, to name a few.
“We are thrilled to be back on the ground in Qatar, especially as the country is experiencing incredible growth ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. With the World Bank forecasting an economic growth of 4.1% for Qatar in the next year, the countries real estate market is flourishing with new developments. The show will offer exclusive access into these leading projects whilst also welcoming quality discussions between private and public sector stakeholders throughout the three-day event,” said Chris Speller, Group Director of Cityscape.
Cityscape Qatar is supported by Platinum Sponsors, Barwa and Qetaifan Projects.
The live event will be held in adherence with Informa AllSecure, a set of enhanced health and safety standards that raise the bar on safe, hygienic, productive, and high-quality organized event experiences.
